About Jim Franklin: Jim Franklin is a principal and founder at Prodigy Capital Consulting and is the Executive Director of The Incubation Network. Prodigy was ormed from the business units of Franklin and Associates, Mr. Franklin’s private investment banking consulting firm, and Monticello Capital, a specialty investment bank in Northern Virginia, with which Jim remains an active associate. The Incubation Network is a non-profit organization providing a variety of consulting services to the entrepreneurial and early stage business community in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Jim specializes in strategic planning and financial services to clients within several industries including private insurance, aerospace and defense, international technology, entertainment, security, healthcare, pharmaceutical, transportation, logistics management, information technology, senior care, manufacturing, renewable energy, real estate development, and non-profit foundations. Jim's calendar will reopen at the beginning of 2023.
Bill Holloran
About Bill Holloran: Bill Holloran has led a 44-year business and economic development career. He's the owner of business planning, investment, and consulting firm Holloran Enterprises and is a consultant with the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads. Bill also has spent 11 years with the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and Thomas Nelson Community College serving as Executive Director of the SBDC. He has developed and implemented management assistance and international and financial programs throughout the Hampton Roads region to more than 2,200 small businesses resulting in an average addition of approximately 300 jobs and additional capital investment of more than $17 million per year. Bill's calendar will reopen at the beginning of 2023.
